1. Mercedes-Benz Experiences exclude AMG models.
2. The SLS AMG Passenger Ride for £65 and SLS AMG Half Day Experience for £650 vouchers must be redeemed within one year from purchase date. This offer includes gift vouchers.
3. The Ultimate SL Driving Experience voucher must be redeemed within one year from purchase date.
4. The SL Driving Experience will last 3 hours and will include 50 minutes in the SL 63, 50 minutes in the SLK 55 AMG and 50 minutes in the SLS AMG followed by 5 laps Passenger Ride in the 300 SL Gullwing. Drivers must be of 21 years of age or older.
5. AMG Hot Laps are only available to purchase at Mercedes-Benz World at weekends and local school holidays. Please visit the Information Desk on arrival. Available on a first come, first served basis. Up to three passengers per car.
6. 4x4 Mud Laps are only available to purchase at Mercedes-Benz World at weekends and local school holidays. Please visit the Information Desk on arrival. Available on a first come, first served basis. Up to three passengers per car.
7. 4x4 Experience duration includes briefing, tuition time and transport to and from Off-Road Terrain. Driving time may vary. Participants of Under 16’s Driving Experiences must be over 1.5 metres tall.
8. Participants of Under 16’s Driving Experiences must be over 1.5 metres tall. Experiences include, personal introduction to your professional driver, safety briefing and seat set up, transport to and from dedicated driving area.
9. All drivers (excluding Under 16’s Driving Experiences and Passenger Rides) must produce a full UK or international driving licence and all SLS AMG Experience drivers must be over 21.
10. The power range of the current AMG fleet is between 457 hp and 570 hp. The SLS AMG Driving Experience is 50 minutes with an AMG and 5 laps in the SLS AMG. The SLS AMG Half Day Experience is approximately 2 hours with an AMG and approximately 50 minutes with an SLS AMG.
11. Experiences include personal introduction to your professional driver, safety briefing and set up, and transport to and from the dedicated driving area. All drivers (excluding Under 16’s Driving Experiences and Passenger Rides) must produce a full UK or international driving license. All SLS AMG and C 63 AMG Coupé Black Series drivers must be over 21 years of age. Prices include VAT at 20%. Subject to change without notice.
12. All vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
13. All Driving Experiences are subject to availability.

Driving Experience
TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEFINITIONS
“Booking Fee” means the fee chargeable to cover the cost of postage and packaging.
“Customer” means the individual or corporate entity who would be entitled to any refund or to rearrange the experience as per clauses 7 and 12 or to whom clause 2 will apply
“Driving Experience” is the purchase and/or participation in or of one or more of the Driving Experience Packages
“Driving Experience Package” includes the packages more particularly described on the Mercedes-Benz World website (www.mercedes-benzworld.co.uk) and specified on the front of this order.
“Driving Experience Provider” is the individual or company that provides the Driving Experience at the Location for and on behalf of Us, or their representative
“Location” means either MB World or MB Silverstone
“MB Silverstone” means Mercedes-Benz at Silverstone
“MB World” means Mercedes-Benz World at Brooklands
“Our / We / Us” means MB World or MB Silverstone
“Participant” means each individual intending to participate in a Driving Experience
1. Participants are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to their Driving Experience and will be required to produce their driving licence on the day (save for the under 17 years Driving Experiences) which is required to be copied for insurance purposes. If this is a photo card licence then it is also a requirement that the paper element of the licence be produced on the day.
2. Certain vehicles and/or Driving Experiences may be subject to age, health, height and weight restrictions for safety reasons and it is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that all Participants are able to comply with this in order to avoid disappointment on the day.
4. All Participants agree that where they are required to wear safety or protective equipment they will do so except where they are able to justify not doing so on medical or religious grounds. Where a Participant does evidence medical or religious grounds to justify not having to wear protective or safety equipment, it will be at Our discretion as to whether the Participant may still participate in the Driving Experience. Where We exercise Our discretion under this clause the Customer will be entitled to a full refund
5. Participants will be required to follow all the instructions and directions given to them by the Driving Experience Provider and to complete any training required. We reserve the right to prevent Participants taking part in or completing the Driving Experience where they fail to comply with instructions of the Driving Experience Provider or complete any required training. We reserve the right to claim against the Participant for any damage caused due to their negligent actions. We reserve the absolute right, in Our sole discretion, to deny any Participant the opportunity of taking part in a Driving Experience if it appears that they are unfit for the purpose, this includes but is not limited to situations where the Participant appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Where We exercise Our discretion under this clause 5, the Customer(s) will not be entitled to a refund.
6. If the Driving Experience Provider reasonably considers a Driving Experience to be too physically or mentally demanding for the Participant, We reserve the right to organise or amend the Driving Experience as appropriate considering all the circumstances of the Driving Experience, including extreme weather conditions.
7. All Customers and Participants consent to the filming and recording of their involvement in the Driving Experience. By doing so it is also agreed that the resulting footage can be used for the purposes of promoting Us and that the intellectual property rights of the footage are Our sole property. In the event that the Driving Experience fails to record, We will only refund the cost of the video recording that the Customer has paid for in advance of the Driving Experience.
8. Full payment (inclusive of any taxes due and the Booking Fee) must be made at the time of purchase of the Driving Experience. In the event that any variations are made to the Driving Experience under paragraph 9, any additional sums will be payable by the Customer or Participant (as appropriate) immediately upon completion of the Driving Experience.
9. We reserve the right to amend the price payable, where reasonable, for any variations made to the Driving Experience at the Customer’s or Participant’s request.
10. Any amendment to the time or date of a Driving Experience by a Customer or Participant requires at least 7 days notice and is subject to an administration fee. Where notice is between 7 and 13 days the administration is £25. Where the notice is 14 days or more the administration fee is £15 Where the Customer or any Participant fails to attend their pre-booked time and date for the Driving Experience and fails to provide more than 7 days’ notice that they wish to cancel or postpone the experience, they will not be entitled to any refund. If the Driving Experience is booked in conjunction with conferencing facilities and 14 days’ notice is not given, then the numbers confirmed on the Function Sheet (as defined in the Conferencing and Banqueting Terms and Conditions) will be the minimum numbers charged.
11. We reserve the right to postpone a Driving Experience due to circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions which may affect Participants’ safety and incidents affecting transport and public safety. Decisions regarding adverse weather conditions can often only be made on the day of the Driving Experience. Notice will be given as soon as reasonably practicable. Customers may re-schedule their Driving Experience within 14 days of notice of cancellation by Us, to be re-scheduled within 90 days of notice of cancellation, subject to availability. We cannot accept liability for any costs or losses incurred by the Customer or Participant in this instance.
12. We reserve the right to amend a Driving Experience should some of the facilities required become unavailable. Where the change is so material that the Driving Experience is no longer similar to that originally booked, the Customer or Participant will be entitled to reschedule another Driving Experience or alternatively the Customer may obtain a refund
13. We will endeavour to provide the vehicles as detailed in the Driving Experience Packages, however, where such a vehicle is not readily available We reserve the right to allocate the use of a different vehicle, which is as close as possible in specification to that detailed in the Driving Experience Package. Where the change of vehicle is so material that the Driving Experience is no longer similar to that originally booked, the Customer or Participant will be entitled to reschedule another Driving Experience or alternatively the Customer may obtain a refund..
14. The Driving Experience will be fully insured by Us where a Driving Experience Package is purchased. However, a Participant may be liable to pay for any damage caused whilst they are driving up to £1500. A Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is available to purchase for £15, which reduces this liability to NIL. This can either be purchased at the time of booking the Driving Experience or prior to taking part in the experience on the day itself.
15. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and any Driving Experience must be redeemed within the duration of the gift voucher and cannot be extended.
16. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court, tribunal or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be wholly or partly illegal, invalid, void, voidable, unenforceable or unreasonable it shall, to the extent of such illegality, invalidity, voidness, voidability, unenforceability or unreasonableness, be deemed severable and the remaining provisions of the terms and conditions and the remainder of such provision shall continue in full force and effect.
17. These terms and conditions embody and set forth the entire agreement and understanding of all parties and supersede all prior oral or written agreements understandings or arrangements relating to the subject matter of these terms and conditions (the “Agreement”). No person other than a party to this Agreement shall be entitled to enforce any term of it save where an agreement is entered into pursuant to which any rights and/or obligation contained in this Agreement are assigned or novated to a third party. Nothing in this Condition shall, of itself, operate to prevent any such assignee from taking the benefit of, and enforcing, any rights so assigned.
18. The contract for the purchase of the goods/services is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
